How do you prove delegate networking worked at your conference?
Kohtaa measures confirmed connections. Delegates book 1:1 meetings or connect with each other, and both people confirm afterwards that they met. You get counts: meetings booked, meetings both people confirmed as held, and how many people connected. The counts are aggregate and pairs stay private, so you can show them to sponsors without exposing who met whom.

What does a delegate do in the first minute?
A delegate opens the join link on their phone, adds a name and a short profile, and lands in the attendee list, with nothing to install. They can browse and filter the list by the labels you set, and send a meeting request with a proposed time or, at an open event, a "Get in touch" request.
Because an event uses one mode, decide first: booked meetings with time slots, or open networking where people press "We met" when they have talked. The organizer sets the delegate labels, so the list can read Speaker, Sponsor, Delegate or whatever your conference uses, rather than generic roles.
What does Kohtaa measure at a conference?

The post-event report shows counts only. For booked meetings: how many people met face to face and how many meetings were held, meaning both people confirmed them. For open events: how many people connected. No pair is named. The report is part of Large and Annual.

How is a conference priced: per event or per year?
Large is 950 EUR per event for events above 100 attendees, VAT included. Annual is 3,900 EUR per year with unlimited events, for an organizer who runs several events in a year. Medium, for up to 100 attendees, is 100 EUR per event. The prices are published.
You place the order yourself, and the event can go live when it is submitted. Payment is by invoice to your organization, before or after the event, due 14 days after the invoice date. For a pilot where your organization collects no personal data itself, Kohtaa is the data controller.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a native app?
No. Delegates use Kohtaa in their phone's browser and join with a link. There is nothing to install.
Do delegates get meeting reminders?
Yes. Delegates get email reminders before a booked meeting, and can optionally link Telegram to receive reminders there. Telegram is operated outside the EU, so it is optional.
Can sponsors see who met whom?
No. Meeting pairs are private by default: the organizer sees counts and which slots are occupied, not who is meeting whom, and the report names no one.
Can we brand the event?
Yes, on every plan: a logo, a banner and a color preset. The public join page and the attendees' screens use the event's own branding.
Can we import our delegate list?
Yes. You can upload a CSV export from your registration system in the event settings. Kohtaa emails each person a join link and fills in their name and organization when they join. Uploaded names and organizations are deleted when the person joins, and the records of people who never join are deleted 7 days after the event.
Do you integrate with our registration system or CRM?
Not directly. There is no sync with registration systems or CRMs today; the CSV upload is how attendees come in. If direct integration matters for your order, tell us before you buy.
